Who are we

Camp Village

Camp Village, Inc., a 501 c(3) nonprofit organization established July, 2002 with a mission to inspire youth to change the world.  Determined to make a difference one child at a time, Camp Village, Inc., in almost twenty years, has touched the lives of 4,882 children and youth.  We truly believe, “It takes a whole village to raise a child.”  That is why we have devoted professionals, retired teachers, retired principals, counselors, business professionals and many volunteers who are providing quality services for their growth and development.  The 4 Divisions in The Village provides exposure to a multitude of activities including a Jr. Apprentice Training Program and a Performing/Visual Arts Academy where they are learning skills year-round while enjoying lifelong experiences that will have a positive impact in their lives and in their communities.

The Village serves youth grade school through college and they participate in the following activities:

We provide a ratio of 3-5 children per counselor and we provide individualized attention for children with special needs. We also mentor our youth counselors from high school to college by teaching them life skills that will fulfill their chosen endeavor, in addition to parent advocacy training.
